The following smoothie are slightly richer, because they are based on yoghurt instead of milk. Mix the ingredients in a blender and mix until you get an even smoothie.
Ingredients:

2 dl vanilla yogurt

½ banana

2.5 g Litozin rosehip powder

A couple of almonds
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a blender and mix until it becomes even. You can add more or take away any of the ingredients according to your taste.
