Yes, once you have used up your original LITOZIN® you can start taking the new LITOZIN® with Glucosamine. We do not recommend taking both at the same time, as there is no evidence that this improves the effect of the products. You can combine the two products, e.g. if you one day would like to use the original LITOZIN® powder on your breakfast and the following day just want to take a tablet with the new LITOZIN® Glucosamine.
